BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

 

  • On the day of your appointment, ensure all vehicle alarms are disabled.

  • Also, please review the mobile tire installation requirements below.

MOBILE TIRE INSTALL REQUIREMENTS

​

To ensure a smooth installation experience, please follow these guidelines:

  1. The vehicle must be parked safely off the roadway to perform services and a flat area.

  2. You must show photo identification that matches your order invoice.

  3. You must grant permission to “We Change Tire” technician to service your vehicle where it is parked, please ensure it’s parked on a flat surface area.

  4. We’ll need at least 5 feet of space on all sides of your vehicle.

  5. If parked in a covered location, we’ll need 10 feet of vertical clearance for our service van.

  6. Please provide the wheel lock key, if your wheels have wheel locks.

  7. To change Tires, it will take between 45min to 1-hour 15min and if you are requesting for Alignment services, it will take an additional 1-hour 45min, depending to the situation and condition of the Car and Surface area.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

At the time of your appointment, our technician will meet you outside, they will ask you to verify your odometer reading and that all alarms are disabled. When the work is completed, the technician will ask you to turn on your vehicle and confirm that the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light is off, once work is completed our technician will ask you for payment of the balance due to be paid by Credit Card only, our services are Cashless.

TIRE INSTALLATION: ITEMIZED COSTS BY “WE CHANGE TIRE”

 

The costs covered in We Change Tire, tire and wheel installation include:

  • Labor

  • Valve stems or “TPMS” kits

  • Mounting

  • Balancing

  • Tire disposal fees

  • Visual inspection

  • Life of Tire Maintenance

  • Tire Alignment and Balancing

LIFE OF TIRE MAINTENANCE SERVICE

 

Life of Tire Maintenance includes all labor and parts necessary to install, remove, or replace a tire and valuable services that help maximize your tire's tread life. The following are included:

  • Tire Rotations

  • Tire Balance Services

  • Flat Tire Repairs

  • Tire Safety Inspections

  • Air Pressure Checks

  • Free Prorated Road Hazard Protection
